topic Nest thermostat user control in Home Automation

Hello all,

My partner works from home and is murder for leaving the windows open then turning the heating on too high. Is there a way to restrict access to the individual user? The Google home app say they have the same management controls as me. I have the nest cams too so can’t delete him from the home. I know I can lock the actual thermostat but the app gives full access. Thanks
