The router is connected but the 2 Wifi points cannot be found.

5G TPG Internet.

Issue happened after moving house.

Factory reset has been done. Home app has been uninstalled and reinstalled. The issue is still occurring.

Location is Australia.

What's the light color on the unit?
What type of device was used to set up the network?
Is the Ethernet cable from the modem plugged into the terminal port on the WiFi device?
Are there any changes to your internet plan?
Are you using a VPN?
Could you please describe the steps you followed to perform a factory data reset?
