Hello, I am unable to connect to my WiFi in order to set up my Google Nest Home. Can anyone offer any guidance? TYIA

Thanks for reaching out — let me help you connecting your Nest device to your network.

A few questions:

What Google Nest device you're trying to set up?
Are you getting any message in your device or on your Google Home app when connecting it to your network?
Is this the first time you're setting it up? If not, were there any recent changes on your network?

Give these steps a try:

Make sure your devices are within 15-20 feet of your router.
If you're using an iOS device, make sure Local Network Access is turned on for the Google Home app.
Toggle the Wi-Fi off and on from the set up device.
Reboot your phone, Nest speaker and router to refresh the connection.
