Hubspace in wall outlet - cannot voice control individual outlets

my problem is the same as this customer is facing I cannot voice control the individual outlets from the inwall smart outlet from Hubspace. When I use hub space app, I can see the individual outlets and can control inidividual outlets from Hubspace app but I cannot control it via voice command from Google home. It either turns off the entire outlet or turns on the entire outlet. Because in Google home I can only add the entire outlet ad one device not the individual outlets from the inwall outlet

Same issue here. I have an outdoor plug with two outlets. In the Hubspace App I can control each plug. Unfortunately when using Google Home it sees the plug as one device. It’s either both outlets on or both off.
