Presence sensing

Hi all,

Is anyone else having issues with the new Pixel 9 not saving it in the presence sensing? I have to keep telling home and nest apps to use my new Pixel 9 as it keeps telling me I'm using a different phone, probably my old Pixel 6. Never had this problem changing Pixel phones before.

This is certainly not a normal situation on your device. I would recommend you check if your system version is completely updated. Additionally, you can try to delete your previous device following the next steps:

Go to your Admin Console.
From the left side menu, select Security> Manage all devices.
To delete a device, hover over it and click >.
Select Exit and confirm and the device will be removed from your list.

Thanks for your reply but I have already done all of that, I'm just updating to Android 15 so if it keeps doing the same I'll add a screenshot.
