I understand that you’ve been trying to set up your 2 Nest cameras, but you are receiving an error message with both of them. I can see that you have tried some troubleshooting steps, like the factory reset, and also tried using different mobile devices. No worries, help is here.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;LI style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;What’s the color of the LED status light?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;How far have you gotten in pairing your device?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;How far is the camera from the new router?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Are you using the Nest app or the Google Home app for the process?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/UL&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;In the meantime, here are some steps that can help you:&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;LI style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;In your phone, check the next:&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;UL&gt;
&lt;LI style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="2"&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Make sure your phone is on the same WiFi network as the selected network for the Nest device.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="2"&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Bluetooth must be enabled but not connected to any Bluetooth devices.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="2"&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Cellular data must be off.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/UL&gt;
&lt;LI style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;If the light on your cameras are green, you will need to do the factory reset again; you need a pulsing blue light.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;

      <title>Google nest cam with floodlights not connecting</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I keep receiving the following error when trying to set up my 2 outdoor cameras.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Something went wrong&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Try connecting again. If that doesn't work, try rebooting your device or turning your phone's airplane mode on and off before trying again.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've tried everything: factory resetting camera, setting up new network for the camera, trying to set up on multiple devices.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any ideas on what the issue is?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
