I changed Internet provider so no longer connected to wifi I originally used to set up my nest speaker. I am told to factory reset but I need the wifi information that no longer exists

You shouldn't need to connect to the speaker via Wi-Fi to factory reset it. Remove the device from your google home and then follow the instructions here to factory reset.
