How to view continuous footage

Hello,

I am using the Google Home app and am trying to view continuous footage but it is only showing me detected events. There was someone entering a room on my camera and I could see that but the camera switched to undetected around when that person left the room so I cannot see what transpired. Is there any way for me to just watch the continuous footage? I imagine it didn’t stop filming. The person also didn’t shut off the camera. That is not the issue. Thanks, P

What type of Nest device do you have?
What type of Nest Aware subscription do you have?
Are you able to see the video recording events?

Here are a few recommendations:

Something to consider is that with Nest Aware Plus, you can have your 10 days of 24/7 history, and 60 days of event video history will start when you purchase your Nest Aware subscription.
If you have a Nest Aware-Based, you will have 30 days of event video history only.
Here is a good article you can review on what you get with a Nest Aware subscription. It contains all relevant information related to the Nest Aware subscription, including event video history.
