HUE plugin no reaction on voice command

Hi All,

I have a google nest hub, a few hue plugins and a few hue lamps

They are all working fine when i switch on/off the lights with the app.

But when i give the nest hub a voice command to switch the lights off, the lamps go off but the plugin does not react.

Any suggestions?

Are your light bulbs visible in the Google Home app?
Do they have nicknames assigned to them?
Does the Nest Hub display show any error messages or provide any information?
If your lights are also set up in the Philips Hue app, are you able to control them from there?

Thanks for your response.

I have light blobs and hue smart plug-in's. When i give the nest hub a command (lights on) the blobs are switching on, but the smart plug-in's not.

When i use the hue app the blobs and plug-ins are working fine.

What can i do?

Here are some steps you can try:

Device Settings:

Ensure your Hue lights are correctly linked to the Google Home app.
Verify that the device names are accurate and easy to understand for voice commands.

Assistant Settings:

Check the Assistant settings to make sure voice commands are enabled and working correctly.
Test basic voice commands to confirm the Assistant is responding.

Re-link the devices:

Un-link your Hue lights from the Google Home app.
Restart both your Nest Hub and Hue Bridge.
Re-link your Hue lights to the Google Home app, following the on-screen instructions.

Factory Reset:

As a last resort, you can try factory resetting your Nest Hub and Hue Bridge.
This will erase all settings, so back up any important information before proceeding.

I have done all your suggestions, thanks for this. But still the blobs are working fine on a voice command.

But the smart plugins not.
