&lt;P&gt;Thanks for reaching out. I'm sorry to hear that you're having an issue with your Nest Thermostat. To isolate the issue, please check the Eco temperatures that you've set. It's possible that the ambient temperature goes above the Eco temperature and your Nest Thermostat turned on your cooling. You could also check the Energy History to see the reason why your cooling turned on.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Have NEST set to Eco as well as away. Sometimes the AC kicks on for a little and shuts off. Set to away if I am on other side of condo and don't need to run AC. Please&amp;nbsp; advise. Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>
