Neat doesn’t recognize Apple music

Google home and nest speakers aren’t recognizing Apple Music playlists, it plays something with a similar name but not playlists from my library. I have powered off, powered back on, factory reset all of the speakers, unlinked and linked Apple Music, restarted my phone, updated google home app, made sure Apple Music app is updated. Nothing is working. Any suggestions?

Thank you for posting in the community. I’m truly sorry to hear that your Google Home and Nest speakers aren’t recognizing your playlists. Instead of playing the correct playlists from your Apple Music library, they’re playing something with a similar name. Help’s here!

I also appreciate the workarounds already performed. To provide you with the best assistance, please provide the following information:

What are the models of your Nest speakers? Here’s a helpful article about how to identify the model of your device.
Did you purchase the devices in the same country where you are currently?
What was the voice command you used to play the desired playlist? And what did the speakers play instead?
Do you have a premium subscription?

In the meantime, I'd suggest the following steps:

Make sure the mobile software version is up-to-date.
Verify the firmware version of your Nest speakers. You can find this information in the article: Google speaker and display firmware versions and release notes.
Verify that the Google account linked to your speaker is the same one you're using on your mobile device. For reference, you can check out this article: Check which Google account is linked to a speaker or display.
Try using a different voice command to play the playlist on Apple Music. You can check out this article: Listen to music on Google Nest speakers and displays
If possible, try renaming the personal playlist.
