Internet service providers technicians have spent over 6 hours trying to fix it but internet service is working perfectly and they determined that the issue is the google wifi routers that are dropping out the signal every 30 minutes. I followed step by step all your troubleshoot instructions but nothing works. I have 1 router and 3 additional points connected. I have spent over 10 hours trying to fix it but there is no resolution to the issue. Google does not have customer support phone for this product. I need to fix it immediately as we work from home.
