So I just purchased the fpd smart google tv 4k uhd but there isn’t any resolution settings. I’ve even checked in advance settings but don’t see any options to adjust quality. I have restarted the tv and checked for any updates but that does not work. Does anyone have any options on how to fix this ?

Hi Barss123,

Thank you for posting in the community. Let's work together for a solution.

For your concern, please try the below steps:

Turn on your Google streaming device. At the top right of your TV screen, go to All settings.

Select Display & Sound.

You can adjust the following display settings, depending on the features available on your TV:

Resolution: Select your preferred screen resolution.

Text scaling: Enlarge or decrease the onscreen text size.

Dynamic range and color format: Select your preferred formats.

Match content frame rate: Use this setting to allow your streaming device to match the frame rate to the source content you're viewing.

Advanced display settings:

Allow game mode: Game mode reduces latency and allows a faster game response time.

Format selection: Choose whether to select HDR formats manually or let apps automatically select an available format.

Let me know if you have any further questions.

Regards,

Kevin
