Help with signing into nest account

Help!!
I cannot log into my nest account for some reason. Multiple attempts and failed password. I have asked them to send an email to reset my nest password but never receive it. My email is correct and I know it went to google and everything is correct signing into that. What do I do next??

Thank you for reaching out to the community. I apologize that you're unable to log in to your Nest app due to multiple attempts that show a failed password even though you try to reset it but are unable to receive the email. I understand how frustrating this can be. I'm here to help.

For this concern, please make sure of the following:

Your Nest app and phone are up to date.
You can try using the Nest web browser and try to log in there.
If the situation persists, use an incognito tab or clear the cache and cookies.

Also, I just want to confirm, did you migrate the Nest account to Google?
