I have asked them to send an email to reset my nest password but never receive it. My email is correct and I know it went to google and everything is correct signing into that. &lt;P&gt;Thank you for reaching out to the community. I apologize that you're unable to log in to your Nest app due to multiple attempts that show a failed password even though you try to reset it but are unable to receive the email. I understand how frustrating this can be. I'm here to help.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;For this concern, please make sure of the following:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;UL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Your Nest app and phone are up to date.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;You can try using the Nest web browser and try to log in there.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;If the situation persists, use an incognito tab or clear the cache and cookies.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/UL&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Also, I just want to confirm, did you migrate the Nest account to Google?&lt;/P&gt;
