Nest outdoor cam

I have two outdoor cameras and switched internet providers and cannot get the cameras to work.

I have trouble trying to factory reset them in order to re install them.

I went outside and do not see any reset button or am i able to remove the camera from the wire connected to it.

when i try to add it does not find either one ...
