      <description>&lt;P&gt;My Chromecast remote is stuck in pairing mode. I take the batteries out and have tried to "r&lt;SPAN&gt;estart" it but it still won't come out of pairing mode. I've been using my Google TV remote on the app but for the past few days that remote isn't working. I can't even cast from my phone to the TV, it's been permanently stuck in the Netflix home page. Tried to restart it and unplug everything but nothing has changed. Anybody have any ideas?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;LI aria-level="1"&gt;What is the model of the Chromecast device?&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI aria-level="1"&gt;How far from the router is the Chromecast?&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI aria-level="1"&gt;Are you getting any error message in the Google Home app when you try to pair the Chromecast?&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI aria-level="1"&gt;When did the issue first occur?&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/UL&gt;
