Hi Peterwwjd,

Thank you for reaching out to the community. I'm sorry that you're having troubles with a scheduled routine that doesn't start as expected. I understand how frustrating this can be. I appreciate the effort to troubleshoot the situation and the information provided with the case number. I'm here to help.

For further assistance. I need to ask a few questions:

When did you expect the routine to start?

Was this routine created using the Google Home app or a third-party app?

If this routine was created using a third-party app, they’ll need to use the third-party app to edit and manage the routine. If a similar routine works in the Google Home app, a recommendation would be to check with the third-party app provider if there are any known troubles with their routine integration.

Is this a personal or household routine?

Is the Activate Routine toggle enabled?

What starters do you have configured to start the routine? Which specific starter do you think should have activated the routine?

Can you find an entry in the Activity tab for the routine running?

Can you double-check the case number provided? It seems that there is an error when I try to open it. You can review your email to gather the case number.

Please keep me posted. I'll look forward to your response.

Regards,

Case number 5653000038052
I can put in 50 actions in a Google home routine but when the time comes to start the routine automatically it only turns on a portion of the actions but when I manually select the right arrow to turn on the routine it turns ALL OF THE ACTIONS ON but NOT when the time is set in the starter for a specific time.

NOTE: when I choose a product for this help there is NO selection for Google Home app just hardware.

Question - Is there a limit to how many actions can be on a routine when I only have one starter to one routine? One of my routines that only has 10 actions work OK it's just the routines I have lots of actions like turning on lights or smart plugs.

Here are the steps I did. I I deleted the routine and created a new one but still does the same.
