Nest WiFi can’t find

My nest can’t connect to WiFi, before it was working. It even don’t show me the WiFi. It show this “This Nest Mini was manufactured for a different country and may not be compatible with your Wi-Fi network.” I already try change region and language

I have a question: Have you tried using your mobile hotspot to connect your Google Nest Mini? If not, please try and let me know if it works when you use your mobile hotspot.
