Google Nest problems

My Google Nests seem to be having an increasing number of problems.

1. Stops playing certain stations, today Sky News.

2. Doesn't recognize my voice.

3. Limited functions.

These problems often reset themselves after some days. Why are Google Nests having so many problems?

Before we get started, I have some questions for you:

What Nest device are you using?
Is it only happening with that radio station or with another one?
What functions are being limited?
Have you checked if you have the latest version of the Google Home app?

In the meantime, you can try the following steps to troubleshoot the radio services:

Open the Google Home app.
Tap the account.
Verify that the Google Account shown is the one linked to the speaker or display. To switch accounts, tap another account or Add another account.
Tap to close the account screen.
Tap Settings.
Under Services, tap Radio.
Choose a radio service, then tap OK.
To link an account, sign in or sign up for the radio service. Follow the in-app steps.
To unlink an account, tap Unlink Unlink account.
