      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello everyone,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Just purchased a new Google Nest Hub 2. Gen, and used it just for an hour before the screen just turned black and no response. Tried to restart and reset with no luck - I have several similar devices and never experienced this happened to them. Any ideas or should I return this one and get a new one?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks in advance!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Actually, although I did fill out the form - I still ended up returning the item.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I tried everything possible and nothing worked. As mentioned, unfortunately the device only worked for an hour the most, so I did not feel to waste more time on it after trying for so long. Never experienced this with any of the other devices, so very sad about this.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
