Whenever I try to connect one of my Google Wi-Fi points it says there was an error and I have no idea what I’m doing wrong?

Sorry for the connection issues you're having with your setup. I know how frustrating that can be. Let's look at your issue and get it sorted out. To figure this out, I have a handful of questions.

Is there a specific device you're trying to connect, or do all devices fail to connect to the point?
Has this point been successfully set up?
Was the point working before and stop working?
Is the point actually providing a network signal but only reading as offline in the app?
Do you see any status lights on the WiFi point? If so, what color do you see?
