Google nest camera

Anyone have any tips: I have a new wifi and my cameras wont connect. One camera says it is still with another account (but I removed all my devices from home and even tried to set up a new home). The other one just has unable to connect. Its super frustrating as they worked before and google are really slow in their replies.

Thanks for posting here in the Google Nest Community.

I’m sorry for the trouble this has caused you, let me help you out. If your camera says it's still connected with another account, try to unplug the camera and wait at least 48 hours before beginning the pairing process. Keep us posted.
