Sharing clips

I can no longer share clips. It tells me I need 3hrs to share clips. I don't understand. No problem in the past sharing. Now I can share. Even after deleting videos that I wished I had saved

What app do you use to share the clips? The Nest app or the Google Home app?
Do you have an active Nest Aware subscription?
