You can, however, use Google Assistant to display your doorbell camera, by saying something like "Hey Google, show the Front Door."

How can I get my google doorbell to show me who is at the door on my nest hub instead of my phone without the person pressing the doorbell button ?

Button Press: Nest Hub shows a video when someone rings the doorbell.

Motion Detection:

You get phone notifications.

You can say, "Hey Google, show me the front door."

You can set up a routine in the Google Home app to display the camera when motion is detected.

There is no automatic live feed on Nest Hub for motion only (unless you create a routine).
