      <title>Getting Nest on my new Android phone 25+</title>

      <description>&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I updated my phone&amp;nbsp;from a Galaxy&amp;nbsp;22+ to a Galaxy 25+ and now I can not sign onto my Nest account on my phone. It is asking for a Passkey which I do not have and have not been able to obtain to&amp;nbsp;sign on with Google. I also tried to update my password to sign on with Nest. (That could explain why you are not getting a password reset email.)&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;When I updated my Galaxy 22+ to my new Galaxy 25+ the Nest code did not transfer. Nest worked on my Galaxy 22+ but not the 25+. I already turned back my old 22+, so I can't get the code. I don't know what "&lt;EM&gt;Passkey&lt;/EM&gt;" you are referring to, or what "&lt;EM&gt;Nest code&lt;/EM&gt;" you are referring to.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Perhaps you should try contacting &lt;STRONG&gt;Support&lt;/STRONG&gt; to walk through your situation:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1. Go to &lt;A href="https://support.google.com/googlenest/gethelp" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer"&gt;https://support.google.com/googlenest/gethelp&lt;/A&gt;.&lt;BR /&gt;2. Select a category/product family, and type in a brief description of the issue, then click "&lt;STRONG&gt;Next&lt;/STRONG&gt;".&lt;BR /&gt;3. Click "&lt;STRONG&gt;Other&lt;/STRONG&gt;", then click "&lt;STRONG&gt;Next step&lt;/STRONG&gt;".&lt;BR /&gt;4.
