Google doorbell offline; attempting to reset

Good evening ; Wanted to get your opinion on something. My google doorbell just got error message that says it is off line even though all my other cameras are working. I’m trying to take it off the mount but there is no release button like in the tutorials- just a screw at the top. Unsure of how to release after watching multiple tutorials. The device was present when I bought the home. Any help is appreciated.

You have to remove the screw and then you can release.
