Bluetooth Headphone's volume not changing

Sometimes when I connect my Bluetooth headphones and try to change the volume of any platform (soundcloud, youtube etc..) It will show me that my volume is changing but the volume does not change at all. So every time I have to restart my Chromebook so I can adjust my volume to the one I want. This usually happens when I lock my Chromebook screen and unlock it to connect my Bluetooth headphones. Please fix this!
