Retrieve old camera footage after Grandma passing

Our Grandma passed away two weeks ago and was wondering if we can retrieve any old camera footage within the last two months? (End Jan - Mid Feb). We would love to be able to save footage when she was last mobile in her home which we now didn’t know would be the last time.

The video footage you can access on your grandma's account depends on what Nest Aware subscription she had.

Hi. Thanks for replying. We don’t know what Nest Aware Subscription we have. Was just hoping there was a backlog that Google still has / holds on for a little longer for us to retrieve these videos.
