Google nest learning thermostat cannot find any networks

My google nest learning thermostat cannot find any networks. I have reset the thermostat, reset my wifi and it doesn't see any networks. The thermostat is about 5 months old.

Help please I paid alot of money for the thermostat.

Are you trying to connect to the 2.4 GHz or the 5 GHz network?
Are there devices or appliances (such as baby monitors, microwaves, cordless phones, and more) near the thermostat?
Has there been any recent change in the home Wi-Fi network?
Have you tried to connect your Nest Learning Thermostat to a mobile hotspot?
