Google Nest Doorbell Camera not working

Sometimes our doorbell cam used to shut off in cold weather (around -40C) saying that its battery was low. We would recharge it and it would eventually work normally. One day in late Spring the camera shut off on a colder day and now it does not charge or record. It randomly chimes and & displays solid white and green lights when plugged in. I tried to both reset & factory reset it, however it doesn’t even reset. It never blinks white to show its charging and neither does it turn yellow to show it has reset. I attempted to remove it from my Google Home App and re-add it, and now I’m unable to do that as well. It’s been a little over a year since we got it and it’s frustrating to see the quality of the camera. Does anyone know how to fix it?
