my Google nest home mini says it’s on max volume and says that it’s playing music when I ask it to but I can’t hear anything on it. I’ve tried to do the factory reset and all troubleshoot things but it’s still not working.

Can you hear the command voice confirmation when you ask to perform this action?
If the issue is only with music, does it occur on all music platforms or with a specific one?
Do your Nest Mini's LED lights show up when you say 'Ok Google'?
Is your Nest Mini currently part of a speaker group?
