Add deleted device back into app

A new router was installed & I could not get nest cam to recognize new network. I deleted a camera because the help section told me to do so but I cannot add it back. It is too high to reach for a reset. Any ideas ?

Unfortunately, in order to reinstall a Google Nest camera or doorbell, you first have to perform a factory reset.

The only other alternative is to set the network name (SSID) and password on your new Wi-Fi router/modem to the same values used on your old router/modem. That's what we did when we got a new router/modem.

Hello, I do have same issue, I have Qr Codes and I scan it after awhile its spins and tells me "something went wrong" I start from beginning same story , same error "something went wrong" , why there no option just to switch WIFI why its gotta to be complicated, and we loose our videos history. I have 4 indoors cameras and 2 outdoors its really pain in a*s to do each one. What do I do now take each one down and try reset (( is there a reset pin hole) ? I tried to reset Google Doorbell camera it didn't work. What are the solutions? I have indoor cameras Nest Cam , and doorbell.
