      <description>&lt;P&gt;Trying to use THERMOSTAT. Wanted to download app on Iphone, but it says ( APP NOT AVAILABLE in your country or region ). I am using UKRAINIAN Apple ID !!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Called support. Problem was not solved&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When ?? I can expect to be able to download app from Apple STORE? with UKRAINIAN apple id&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;The reality is Google Nest and Google Home devices are not sold or supported in Ukraine, which is why the app is not available there and the support team couldn't assist you. The only workaround that may work for you, unsupported, is to sign into the App Store using an Apple ID from a supported country.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;First, please understand product experts are not Google employees, we volunteer our time to support others in the community.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I understand you're frustrated but it doesn't change the fact the products are simply not sold or supported where you live unfortunately, hence the app not being available. I offered you a potential unsupported workaround and will leave it at that.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
