Problems with map app

Even though I set it for directions to be audible, I never heard any kind of guidance. In addition, Chrome had misinformation about whether businesses were open or closed. I knew a particular store was open, so I put in that address but the app took me about 30 miles in the wrong direction to a different store.

This was my post and I wanted to clarify that I was writing about Chrome and Google Maps.
