Google nest hub screen dark

My google nest hub screen is very dark the brightness is all the way up but the screen is still dark when I shine a flashlight i can see the screen just a little bit but it’s still dark I tried factory resetting it but that didn’t work

To better investigate the inconvenience, I’d like to ask the following questions:

Which generation is your Google Nest Hub?
Was the device dropped or knocked over?
What is the firmware version of your Google Nest Hub? Here’s a helpful article about how to find the firmware version of your device.
Would you mind sharing a picture of the Nest display screen?

In the meantime, I’d suggest checking if Google Assistant is still responding to your voice commands.
