Google nest audio setup issue

Hi,

While I am in the setup stage of Nest Audio after connecting it to my 2.4g wifi, the google home app asked me to update to the latest google app. When I pressed update, google home app directs me to google playstore.

While I am in playstore, there are UNINSTALL and OPEN of the google app. When I pressed OPEN, it directs me to the google app and I cannot continue with the setup.

I have factory reset the Nest Audio, reset my phone, and updated all my google app. The problem still persist. I cannot continue with the setup. Any recommendations? Thankyou.

@AthipolK Try these steps:

Uninstall and reinstall the Google Home app.

If the issue persists, try removing updates for the Google app (not the Google Home app) and retry.
