Google 4th Gen Thermostat Temperature setting Question

I set the COMFORT temperature for say Monday to come on at 6:00 am at 75 F & and the SLEEP temperature to come on at 10:00 pm at 73F. I have it set to COOL. My question is does the A/C come on early so that the temperature is at the set temperature at the time it is set for or does the A/C come on at the time set and gradually cool to the setting at that time.

Currently, with your Nest Learning Thermostat 4th Gen and other compatible Nest Thermostats, there's a feature called 'Early-On,' which starts heating or cooling early so that your home reaches the scheduled temperature on time. When Early-On is enabled, your Nest thermostat automatically calculates how early it should turn on heating or cooling so your home reaches a scheduled temperature on time.

Early-On continually adapts to how fast your home heats up or cools down. It adapts to improve its time-to-temperature estimates and keep you comfortable while also helping you save energy.
