Google speaker not connecting to WIfi

I recently used to a new apartment and I am trying to set my google speaker. I am trying to connect it to the new wifi but keeps telling something went wrong. To note that I reset my speaker and turned off the wifi but nothing is working. Help please!

Thanks for reaching out — let's check this out.

To confirm, are you using a private network? If so, do you have a dual-band router? Make sure your devices are within 15-20 feet of your router.

Give these steps a try:

Reboot your router and devices to refresh your connection.
Make sure your Google Home app is updated.
Check router settings. (AP isolation must be disabled and UPnP must be enabled).
If you're using an iOS, turn on Local network access for the Google Home app. Here's how: Privacy > Local Network > Google Home app.
Use a mobile hotspot to set up your devices (To isolate the issue).
