Many devices not responding to voice commands

For the last 2 months or so I have noticed that my set up automations work as they should however voice commands.... that is a whole different story

For example, if I ask google home display to close the blinds, it confirms the command unyet does nothing. It is the same with my Samsung 8K 2024 TV and various other devices....

I completely switched over from Amazon alexa to the Google platform and am now beginning to question that decision

Reconnecting the app in the Google Home app...Settings ... Works with Google is the same as disable - enable the Skill in Alexa.

I use both Alexa and Google simultaneously as there are advantages and disadvantages to both systems. And if one fails to do something I can turn to the other to pick up the slack.

I'm not sure why, but I had a similar problems when trying to change colors on multiple lights in one room. My solution was to rewrite the routine to change them individually. Good luck.
