      <description>&lt;P&gt;First thing:&amp;nbsp; Nest doorbell camera stopped working properly today.&amp;nbsp; We have the 5-day Nest Aware, but the camera isn't detecting us walking in front of it, even only 2 feet away.&amp;nbsp; It isn't recording any video. There is no longer a video history to review.&amp;nbsp; Second thing: is there a phone number to call to speak to someone about my Nest account?&amp;nbsp; Third:&amp;nbsp; Why was I asked to specify platform (such as iOS?&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Thanks.&amp;nbsp; GP50&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I had discovered this method already; not long before I saw your reply.&amp;nbsp; But, yes, it worked.&amp;nbsp; Got a Google Nest person to call me within a minute and was able to solve the problem.&amp;nbsp; I thought my latest annual autorenewal was in February 2025.&amp;nbsp; So I was confused by seeing I had no subscription at this time.&amp;nbsp; When I asked Support to tell me the expiration date, she said that was something she couldn't see in my data, but apparently she could see a lot else.&amp;nbsp; Anyway, I renewed.&amp;nbsp; Gets tiresome at times.&amp;nbsp; Thanks again!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
