our google home system just went offline and we cannot figure out how to get it back online. We have the routers for wifi.

Thanks for reaching out — let's check this out.

A few questions: when did it start happening? Were there any recent changes to your network? Also, is it still responding to your voice command?

Give these steps a try:

Make sure your phone and Google Home are within 15-20 feet from your router and connected to the same network.
Try rebooting your Google Home and router to refresh the connection.
Uninstall and reinstall your Google Home app.
Reset your Google Home.
