Welcome to the Nest Community Forum! According to our Compatibility Checker, you should be compatible! Let me just ask you a question about your system, does your home use a dual fuel system? If so, it is recommended that you contact a local pro to install a Nest Thermostat.

How's it going? You don't need to worry about dual fuel as based on your current thermostat wires, you don't have one. Your Google Home/Nest app will provide you step-by-step instructions to make it easy to install and wire your thermostat. Feel free to let us know if you have further questions.
