      <title>Complete reset needed on Nest cameras, google devices, and apps</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;We have had our Nest cameras, Google Home, Google mini, and smart plugs for many years. We're not sure what has caused problems to our account, but the owner can no longer see or change anything any longer. We can only view using the secondary user accounts. We also weren't able to successfully migrate to google with our nest equipment. We'd like to remove the nest and google accounts entirely from our e-mail address, factory reset all the equipment and start over &lt;EM&gt;completely&lt;/EM&gt;. Can someone give us instructions on how to do that?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
