You not only lost a customer now that you've killed off nest thermostats you've created an enemy. İ will do everything in my power to discourage my friends and family from ever buying another Google product ever!!!

While I don't agree with all of the sentiments regarding Google's product support, there is effort underway to determine whether a class action lawsuit might have a legitimate claim against the turn down of older Nest thermostats support.

I disagree 100% with cutting off service for 1st and 2nd Gen Nest devices that are working perfectly fine. Why do I need to replace it if it's still working?
