    <description>&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;My internet dropped out on Monday, since then my App shows as OFFLINE. I have uninstalled then reinstalled it, switched phone off, all software is up to date. The Nest control box adjacent to the boiler has a green light. I can operate the heating manually at the thermostat. I have been in a spiral of Nest 'help pages' to no avail. Can anyone help,.I'm at the end of my tether&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;</description>
