ADT Thermostat Routine

Hi,

Just had two ADT thermostats installed. I can manually control them from Google Home but when I try to setup a routine nothing happens. I have been successful in automating a lightbulb to turn on at dusk and off at dawn. No luck with the thermostat change at 2 PM rising or 8 PM lowering.

Hey Butch53,

That certainly hasn't been easy for you — let's check this out.

Are you using ready-made or custom routines? Are you getting any message when setting the routine? Also, can you still control your Thermostat using voice commands?

Could you try unlinking your ADT account to your Google Home app? Also, rebooting your devices might help too.
