Help: stuckin rebate program for old power company

I moved 2 years ago from Austin tx to another city an hour north. My nest was enrolled in the austin energy rebate program, and still is even though I have a different energy company now and don’t receive any rebates. How do I turn this off? The app says I need to do it through the power company, but I don’t have an account with them anymore and can’t. How can I unenroll?
