    <description>&lt;P&gt;Google sent me an email for a discount code to upgrade my thermostat because my old one is no longer supported.&amp;nbsp; The code is not working so I contacted Google support.&amp;nbsp; They opened a ticket weeks ago and still no answer.&amp;nbsp; I wish there was an AI bot that could handle this request.&amp;nbsp; It seems simple enough but I can't get anywhere with the support staff.&amp;nbsp; They keep telling me another department has to review this.&amp;nbsp; This wouldn't be an issue they had not discontinued support for the thermostat.&amp;nbsp; Does anyone know a way to escalate an issue like this?&amp;nbsp; Seems like my service ticket went into a black hole.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
