&lt;P&gt;Thanks for posting in the community. I understand you're having difficulty setting up your Nest Thermostat E in the app because you're getting an error code (TD008). I know this must be concerning since you've already reset your phone, thermostat, and even the Wi-Fi with no success. I appreciate the information you've shared so far and your troubleshooting efforts. No worries, let's work together to get this resolved. To help with that, I have some questions:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;UL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Are you running the latest version of the Nest app?&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;How far is your Nest Thermostat from your router?&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Did you perform a full factory reset on the Nest Thermostat E, or just restart it?&lt;/LI&gt;
