Google Home automation with Smart TV

Good morning everyone,

I'm new to the forum and also to Google Home Automation.

I'd like to achieve the following:

1. If the TV is on, then lower the blinds to 50%, between sunrise and sunset.

2. If the TV is off, then open the blinds, between sunrise and sunset.

Routine 2 works, but Routine 1 doesn't. Even though Google Home recognizes that the TV is on, no routine starts.

Does anyone have any ideas what the problem could be?

It's a TCL Smart TV with Android TV 12. I control the blinds with Shelly Shutter.

First, could you confirm if you are using the next steps to create your automations in the Google Home app?

Open the Google Home app.
Tap Create and then Automation.
To name your automation, tap Add name.
- Optional: To include a description for your automation, tap Add description.
Add the starters, conditions, and actions you want.
Tap Save.

If you are following these steps, you can try running this automation through the Developer Center. You can also create the automation there, and if it still isn't working, you can share feedback directly with the team so they can address it in future updates.
